Refund policy
Exchange Returns and Refunds:
We want you to love your jewellery! If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return.
Eligibility for returns:

The request should be made within 24 hrs of receiving the product.

The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized pieces cannot be returned.

Original tags, packaging, and invoice should be intact.

The products must not have any stains, damage, or defects caused after delivery.
Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellations at this point.
YOUR RIGHT TO REMEDIES UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
You are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or replacement) for items you purchase from Priam Lenore under Australian Consumer Law for breach of any of the ‘consumer guarantees’, including if the item is:

(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it, or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
-
(b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
-
(c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Priam Lenore with proof of purchase, such as your original Priam Lenore receipt or bank statement.
